That passion led me to spend over 10 years building my presence in the fitness industry, sharing my journey and helping others navigate theirs. But I wanted to do more than just inspire—I wanted to create real change. That’s why I became a certified personal trainer and online fitness coach: to provide the structure, support, and education you need to build strength, confidence, and long-lasting healthy habits.
